General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Effective April 24, 2026

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between De Michellot SAS (hereinafter "Maquisards") and any customer purchasing via the maquisards.fr website.

Article 2 — Orders

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The customer undertakes to provide accurate information during the order process.

Article 3 — Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs. Payment is due upon order. Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna 3x interest-free.

Article 4 — Delivery

Delivery in metropolitan France within 24-72 working hours. Free for purchases over €150. For deliveries outside France, please contact us.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal for products unopened in their original packaging.

Article 6 — Age Verification

The sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited. Age verification will be carried out upon delivery. Refusal to present a valid ID will result in the return of the order at the customer's expense.

Article 7 — Liability

Maquisards cannot be held responsible for improper consumption of products. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; consume in moderation.

Article 8 — Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
